What started in 2015 as a Czech sculpture festival is now an event spanning multiple continents. Where can you find this year's statues?
The festival aims to present contemporary art to the public of all ages and across all social and educational classes while also helping to make the public space more social. It takes place from June through to the end of September. However, some statues will remain in place even after that.
The statues are being installed gradually. You can find 43 artworks in Czechia - 11 of them in Prague. In total, there are 58 statues in 10 different countries - including Brazil or Vietnam.
Among this year's artworks are a bronze rhinoceros, a yellow octopus or a giant armchair. You can find all locations HERE (the site is in English).
